• prior to the sale of lots the proposed Tom Allyn Court and related public road improvements must be in place, consistant with the Town's Road Ordinance, and approved by the Town Engineer or his agent or with the approval of the Town Engineer or his agent and the Planning Commission a bond must be inplace for the construction or completion of the road work .
• The concerns contained in the Town Engineer'ds memo of August 7, 2012 must be addressed to his satisfaction prior to filing
• prior to the sale of lots the proposed water line must be in place and accepted by the WPCA
• Prior to filing, the deeds and related documentation for the open space to be dedicated to the Town will be submitted to the Planning Office
• Prior to filing the "Shared Driveway Agreement" must be reviewed and recorded
