The applicant has proposed a fee in lieu of open space to meet the regulatory open space requirement. Based on the the property's assessed value for land of $131,500, this could be calculated at $13,000 or $4,334 per lot.
At the March meeting the application was denied due to the expiration of time. An extension has been requested/granted and the Commission may wish to reconsider the denial.
