Application #523 - Proposed subdivision at Map 65, Block 2360, Lot 98 (98 Stoddards Wharf Road); Amer Javed (owner/applicant) 3-lot subdivision of 7.73 acres; R-60 zone.
The applicant has proposed a fee in lieu of open space to meet the regulatory open space requirement. Based on the the property's assessed value for land of $131,500, this could be calculated at $13,000 or $4,334 per lot. Denied; subject to the granting of an extension by the applicant.
