1. Delete Uses “Recreational Facility, outdoor” and Recreational Facility, indoor

Add: “Recreational Facility, indoor and/or outdoor” permitted by Special Permit in the GFDD 1, GFDD2, RCCD 1, RCCD 2, CIP zones

2. Add:   “Philanthropic, governmental, educational, or religious use by a duly incorporated non-profit entity” permitted by Special Permit in R20, R40, R60, R80 GFDD1, GFDD2, LCVD1, LCVD2, LCVD3 zones

COMMENT: After review, in order to avoid any conflicts with the existing "Use Table", it is recommended that item 2 be scaled to:

Add:    "public educational use (schools), permitted by Special Permit in R20, R40, R60, R80 GFDD1, GFDD2, LCVD1, LCVD2, LCVD3 zones"

Note 47. Schools - Public: minimum lot size: 3 acres; building setback: 50 feet from the property line; parking setback: minimum 5 feet from the property line.
